Despite politely requesting a regular omelet, I was met with refusal from the staff, which made me feel disregarded and disrespected. Furthermore, when I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, I was informed that the eggs were finished, leaving me without any viable options. As a frequent traveler, I believe that hotels should strive to accommodate the diverse needs of their guests, including providing adequate food options for individuals with varying dietary requirements. I kindly urge you to address this matter to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar challenges. Enhancing the breakfast offerings to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences would greatly improve the overall guest experience and reflect positively on your establishment. New York prices are insane. They will lose tourists. This was the only reasonable accommodation I could find. Decent location, great view. Very nice and helpful management.

- The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful! The same also goes for the shuttle drivers. One of them told us about (and dropped us off on his route) a bus (the 112) to Manhattan (Port Authority Bus Terminal) that was fast and convenient, and less than half the cost of the train from the airport to Manhattan (New York Penn Station). - Also the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, best hotel beds I've slept in!! - Everything was clean and functional. - And last but not least - the free breakfast was a nice touch.
