The family-run Hotel Der Marienhof is located in the green and quiet district of Waltendorf, only a short drive from the centre of Graz. Free private parking is available. -The room was huge. -The staff was very nice. -The key management system is very cool because you can go out in the town and not worry of losing the key. -Free parking. -It is quite close to the old town center (40 min of walking or 10 min of walking to the station and 10 more minutes with the 6 train).

I already stayed at Kaiserreich I last year and was lucky enough to have Kaiserreich II available this year. Since I attended a sports event in the sports hall just behind the house, the location couldn't have been more convenient. The hosts really pay attention to detail with a complimentory bottle of water, a bottle of wine and some sweets on the pillow. Just amazing! The appartment was clean and the contactless check in is also very easy.

The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of shops and places to eat and drink nearby, and we always found a free parking spot just outside the building.

Very nice place close to Graz Medical University and hospital. Communication with the town center is very good but it isn't far to be honest (around 20 min walk). The place od steril clean and it was fully preapred to our stay with one year old doughter. We realy felt like in home.
