Situé à Innsbruck, à seulement 1,6 km du château d'Ambras, l'Appartement Bärhof propose un hébergement avec vue sur la montagne. This beautiful apartment is located in an old building with wood everywhere and which includes a cow farm. Inside it's all renovated and in excellent conditions. We loved the rural location, a small village of farmers with small cabins where to buy excellent diary/farm products. There's a bus every 15 minutes which connects you to Innsbruck's city center and when we were there our host gave us welcome cards provided in accordance with the tourism office which gave us free bus rides and other discounts. Very convenient! We believe the pictures don't really give justice of how cosy the place is. From the closed balcony (where the table is) you can view the mountains and the village church tower. It's very characteristic and all-around cozy. Our host was very hospitable and understanding of the kids' needs. Not for those who can't stand cows' "perfume"! :-)

The location was perfect. It was approximately 15 minutes by bus to the historical center of Innsbruck. The buses were frequent and never crowded, plus I was given a free bus pass when I checked in. This eliminated the stress of driving in an unknown city and finding parking. The kitchen was well-furnished with everything I needed. My room had a balcony with a fantastic view of Innsbruck and the towering Alps behind. I was greeted upon check-in, and my hostess regularly checked in that all was well. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.
