Everything was clean, cosy and new in the apartment. It was very easy to enter the apartment, we only followed the instructions we previously got. Tram and Metro stations are across the street, so it was very easy to get into the city centre. Apartment has everyting, from air dryer to iron and washing mashine, and it is also big enough for more people. We recommend this apartment to everyone. :)

Very clean, easy to get to by tram #42. Billa and Penny Markt close by. Very helpful hosts. There are compliments (champagne and chocolate) to greet you when you arrive. Other drinks in the fridge (you pay the amount you think it would cost when you leave). Spacious, modern, many paintings and lithographs around the apartment - the host is an artist! Super cool feeling to be there! Would definitely come back again!

Located in Vienna, 2.4 km from Rathausplatz and 2.5 km from Vienna City Hall, St Martin Apartment provides garden views and free WiFi. Everything was very clean and new. The room was cozy and warm although outside was windy and cold. It's near tram station but you can walk 30 minutes to reach downtown and so explore Vienna's neighborhoods. Katarina was such a positive person. She informed us about Vienna and fixed a internet problem that we faced. Consider staying at this place if you travel in Vienna.

This apartment was so clean, smelled fresh and the modern decor added a much “welcome home” feeling each time we returned from activities of the day. The best part was how quiet it was! We were concerned about the noise of staying in the city and it was a pleasant surprise. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment was very spacious and full of natural light. Loved being able to open the windows and feel the fresh air and see the green treetops. Easy access to everything. Margaretha was so friendly and prompt with assistance and information for area restaurants, transportation details. We will rent here again if returning to Vienna.

Supermarket is across the street, and there are a couple of restaurants and fast food stands in close vicinity. Number of public transport lines, including subway, are just a few minutes away. Great location but very quiet and peacefull. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend!
