The reception agents were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and well-appointed! The decor was very modern and the rain shower in the bathroom was a treat after getting in from an 11-hour flight. This was a lovely stay at a great price. Also, the toiletries provided smelled so good and left my skin feeling really soft!

The hotel is clean and the staff are warm and friendly. The bed is comfortable and we had a restful sleep although the hotel is near the airport. Direct Shuttle service is very convenient as the waiting time is only about 10 minutes.

The staff was friendly and while I was not able to check in early, the hotel has lockers to put bags securely away. The room was clean and spacious - definitely fit my needs. If coming back to Sydney, I'd stay there again.
