The hotel is located perfectly near the EU agencies in a quit street. The staff was very friendly and redy to help with any question. The room was clean, perect wifi connection, heating worked well both in the room and in the shower room.

The host was fantastic, I flew in quite late and was met at the property nearly 10pm at night, also sends you all locations to check out. highly recommend this place

Well equipped apartment, very clean, with comfortable beds. There was everything needed for few-days stay, also good coffee. We stayed for 4 nights, but can imagine also longer stay. Bus stop to the center (29) was only 5 minutes walk and tram stop to Atomium 10 minutes walk. Quiet location.

The elegantly designed Avenue Deschanel B&B is located 1800 metres from Brussels-North Train Station and features high-tech in-room facilities including a home automation system. One of the best stays of my life! Youri and Florence really care about the well being of their guests. You'll feel at home away from home :) greatly recommended!
