The architecture attracted me to make the reservation and it lived up to expectations. FYI, i dont know Basel very well and have not stayed overnight before. It is a good location and easy to get to the concert hall etc. The courtyard is extra special and will be a key reason to return if/when th opportunity arises in the future.

When I arrived I was offered free coffee, staff were incredibly friendly, facilities were beautifully clean and modern. I travelled for work but would absolutely stay here for a city break or any other reason in Basel given the location. Thank you for a lovely time.

Large rooms, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, really appreciated the pre-checkin options offered. Great location and value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Basel.
