The architecture attracted me to make the reservation and it lived up to expectations. FYI, i dont know Basel very well and have not stayed overnight before. It is a good location and easy to get to the concert hall etc. The courtyard is extra special and will be a key reason to return if/when th opportunity arises in the future.

Located within 50 metres of Messe Basel and 1.1 km of Blue and White House, Bloom Hotel & Bar in Basel provides a bar and rooms with free WiFi. I booked a stay at the same day due to some problems in another hotel. The staff was taking care of me from the very first minute of a stay. The service was beyond expectations. The room was clean and looked exactly the same like in the picture. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was also full of amenities like: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, cosmetics. There was no problem with leaving baggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. The staff was always there to help you. The location of the hotel is very comfortable, close to many tram stations and within walking distance from the city centre.

Newly built in 2014, The Passage in Basel is a centrally located design hotel featuring a sauna, a fitness centre, free WiFi access and air-conditioned rooms. Very friendly welcome. Good position in proximity of the city center and railway station. Bars, restaurants and public transport (all free for guests!) easily accessible and in walking distance. Room was tidy and comfortable. Good breakfast with excellent service.

Perfect, central location. Next to the tram station. The Rathaus is in 10 minutes easy walk. Very clean hotel. Reasonable breakfast. The size of the room is all right for few days stay. The room is clean, the air conditioning worked well.
