I booked a stay at the same day due to some problems in another hotel. The staff was taking care of me from the very first minute of a stay. The service was beyond expectations. The room was clean and looked exactly the same like in the picture. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was also full of amenities like: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, cosmetics. There was no problem with leaving baggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. The staff was always there to help you. The location of the hotel is very comfortable, close to many tram stations and within walking distance from the city centre.

All spacious rooms and suites feature air-conditioning, an LCD satellite TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. A scrumptious breakfast is served daily at the property. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the old city. Great location with restaurants and stores nearby. Nice modern good size rooms. Breakfast buffet included big variety of items including lactose free milk and yogurts and gluten free items. Great service in the hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive.

The easyHotel Basel is located next to the Messe Basel fairgrounds, within walking distance from the centre, 10 minutes by tram from the Main Train Station and 3 minutes from the Badischer Bahnhof... The room had a good price for what it offered. We only stayed one night, but it was definitely a good experience! The room and bathroom were clean, additionally even though on a busy street, the room was very quiet at night.
