FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness center in Zürich. Staff wonderful, property beautiful and rooms large and well appointed. Very unique resort setting but still very accessible to all of Zurich. We traveled with small children and resort was accommodating.

Hotel Neufeld on the Goldbrunnenplatz square in Zürich-Wiedikon is just a 10-minute tram ride away from the center of Zürich. Absolutely stunning personel. Very helpful and polite. We have been served with a lunch even when kitchen was about to close. They made an exception for us. Service during a breakfast was really amazing. People working there are so friendly, kind and they are just spreading positive energy. Monica - kudos for you for very nice talks! You really feel a friendly and a "family" atmosphere in here. Furthermore, we have been upgraded with a better room without an ask! Room was very clean, spacious, quiet, with a nice view. And on the top of that, there is a small parking available for guest free of charge. I can talk only with superlatives about this hotel. I highly recommend this place and I will be staying here each time I am in Zurich!

The communication is very effective, attentive upon arrival, the kitchen comes with many utensils that you rarely see in a place of this style, comfortable, clean, I would go again without a doubt.

I liked this stay very very much in as compare to my whole trip of Switzerland. I stayed there for 2 nights. When we arrived the girl who welcomed us was very polite and nicely welcomed us. She offered us a welcome drink and she guide us about Zurich visiting places via Zurich Map provided. The way she guided us helped us alot to explore Zurich. Apart of that if i talk about Room was very nice, Cleaned, good lighting, well cleaned & organized Washroom. This Accommodation is just 5min walk from Train station. Overall we liked this accommodation very much. Worth to stay there.
