The staff was really friendly and helpful. They didn't speak English but they did their best to help me with any issues despite the language barrier. Free of charge choice of pillow from the pillow menu. Staff was super attentive and friendly in helping with taxis, booking tourist attraction tickets etc. Breakfast is really good also, good selection.
