The breakfast is very good, compared with the average. The hotel provides everything you need, water, umbrella in every room, slippers. There is a robot around that brings everything you need to your room. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

Le SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund est idéalement situé à côté du jardin Yuyuan et du Bund dans le quartier animé d'Huangpu. I really loved this hotel! It is so modern, the robot made my day! The location is perfect, easy access to Shanghai sites. 10 mins walk to Yu Garden, 15 min easy walk to the Bund, metro is also very close. Great substantial buffet breakfast with a lovely terrace area overlooking the skyline! My room was clean and comfortable with all the things needed! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Donnant sur la place du Peuple, le musée d'art et le Grand théâtre de Shanghai, ainsi que le quartier commerçant d'East Nanjing Road, le luxueux établissement Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World... Excellent service mind, we stayed 5 nights, after first 3 nights we were roaming to Hangzhou and drop some luggages with the hotel they are supportively and we come back again another 2 nights. They are great service Reception/ Conceice / and even House keeper. I definitely come back to stay. It’s a good location near Nanjing road

Un grand Bravo au concierge Mr. King qui n'a pas cessé d'être à la disposition durant tout le séjour en prodiguant des conseils, et être aux petits soins . Merci

Très bel hôtel, chambre très mignonne dans un quartier sympas de Shanghai, pas touristique et je pense très authentique ! Pas loin des quartiers touristiques à visiter ! Vraiment top !

All the Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff Han Chiu who helped us in arranging transportation using his own Didi account because we did not have a local phone number to call one.
