The breakfast is very good, compared with the average. The hotel provides everything you need, water, umbrella in every room, slippers. There is a robot around that brings everything you need to your room. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund terletak di sebelah Yu Garden dan The Bund di Daerah Huangpu yang sibuk. Stesen Kereta Bawah Tanah Yu Garden pada laluan 10 adalah sejauh 2-minit berjalan kaki. I really loved this hotel! It is so modern, the robot made my day! The location is perfect, easy access to Shanghai sites. 10 mins walk to Yu Garden, 15 min easy walk to the Bund, metro is also very close. Great substantial buffet breakfast with a lovely terrace area overlooking the skyline! My room was clean and comfortable with all the things needed! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent service mind, we stayed 5 nights, after first 3 nights we were roaming to Hangzhou and drop some luggages with the hotel they are supportively and we come back again another 2 nights. They are great service Reception/ Conceice / and even House keeper. I definitely come back to stay. It’s a good location near Nanjing road

She immediately explained the surroundings for my breakfast options and my coffee stops! In the next few days, Danni continue to check in with me on my comments of my room. It was the best penthouse hotel room I have enjoyed in Shanghai! Very much feeling it was my own home away from home, a rare jewel when one travels!

All the Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff Han Chiu who helped us in arranging transportation using his own Didi account because we did not have a local phone number to call one.
