Situated in Limassol, 1.3 km from Dasoudi Beach, ONLY Boutique Suites & Residences features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. This is a newly developed tower building so everything is brand new. The room was beautiful, spacious and modern with a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower and a balcony. View from the room (on the 20th floor) was amazing, looking over the city and also the sea. Staff were very friendly and always on hand for anything we needed. Has a gym and spa area which are also excellent and worth a visit. Breakfast was simple yet of great quality, and an excellent coffee made to order. It's a 2 minute walk to the sea front which has a lovely foot path to enjoy a walk (full with restaurants, cafes etc). Will definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels. that I have visited in the last 5 years. Service and staff work at a high level. Very clean rooms, cleaned every day. The food is delicious and varied. Location of the hotel in the heart of the Limassol waterfront. For 1 week of stay, I had only positive emotions. I was pleased with the free upgrade of the room to a more expensive one with a sea view. Thank you very much for this. This is the rare case that when I return to Cyprus Limassol, I will definitely return to the Atlantic Miramare hotel. Thank you

Park Beach Hotel sijaitsee Limassolin hiekkarannalla, ja se tarjoaa ilmastoituja huoneita, joissa on parveke tai terassi. Siinä on suuri ulkouima-allas, sauna ja kuntosali. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were very nice - not just basic cereals/coffee type like you get in many cheaper 3 star hotels, but some actual menu to choose from (albeit the choices are limited). All the appliances in the room were working flawlessly. The bathroom was very clean, no signs of mold (even though I stayed on the ground floor during the wet season). If you're looking for a modest but decent hotel in the area, this is definitely a good choice.
