The Best Western Plus Hotel Regence is a modern hotel with an ideal location, right in the centre of the imperial city of Aachen. Excellent stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Regency. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially considering we booked the room last minute.

Very clean modern hotel very close to the market square and Aachen Cathedral and the Christmas market which was the reason for my trip. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel was very clean. It’s located right in the center, but still very quiet to sleep. There is a free mini bar with soda’s and chocolate snacks, nice towels and a bathrobe and slippers for the sauna. The bed was also comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
