I mean, 70 euros for a double room of such quality in Berlin is a steal. Sparkling clean, new room with all the amenities. Great shower. Amazing, stylish spacious lobby, and even a cozy common kitchen (however, I couldn't find coffee/tea, ha-ha). Nice and helpful people at the reception (they are constantly looking for an extra effort to make your stay better). 5 minutes walk from Ostkreuz Bahnhof which has a direct connection to Berlin Brandenburg airport (about 3 euro for a 25 minutes ride). I would've put 11/10 for Habyt The Waterfront if I had a chance.

I stay here quite often and it has become my favorite hotel in Berlin. First of all, the staff. I've always had warm, friendly service from the front desk, the breakfast team and housekeeping. The hotel is located directly across from the tram stop and S-bahn station so it' an easy commute to Alexanderplatz and the main attractions. The rooms are quite cozy, with comfortable beds, a mini bar and kettle. There are many lifts so you never have to wait too long. There is a spacious 24-hr gym equipped with everything you need to get a decent workout. Finally, the buffet breakfast is wonderful with plenty of options.

Situated a direct underground ride from Alexanderplatz, this peaceful yet central hotel offers stylish, air-conditioned rooms. The lobby bar provides drinks and snacks 24 hours a day. Everything was so easy at the check-in even if we arrived late. They stored our luggage 🛅 which was a nice touch.
