Breakfast excellent, delightful modern vibe, cool drinks/fruit at front desk always. Fast elevators. Construction on the street made some difficulty driving to the hotel. No parking. One space given at a small lot next door most appreciated. Very near the rail station, and other public transportation. Friendly, easy-going staff happy to help!

Everything was perfect, Clean Nice rooms, super comfy bed. Air condition was really good and working well. Will for sure stay again.

This 4-star hotel is conveniently located between the harbour city and the warehouse districts in Hamburg. The INNSIDE by Melia Hamburg Hafen offers a terrace, a sauna and a gym. the staff was super friendly, the hotel was really clean and in a prime location. we found that we were able to commute everywhere easily because it was right next to a bus stop and walking distance to the metro. loved our experience, highly recommend it!

I already stayed here for a night a year ago and booked this hotel again this time because it was surprisingly quiet at night, the staff was super nice and my room was very cosy. I had the same experience this time around :)
