This family-run, 3-star hotel in the Winterhude district of Hamburg offers free WiFi, and rooms with an original design. The Außenalster Lake is a 5-minute walk away. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive (incl. the cleaning ladies). You're surrounded by so many restaurants and shops and yet it's a quiet street. I'd go there again, definitely!

Stadtpark-Domizil - 70 qm, zentral & ruhig is located in Hamburg, just 3.3 miles from Inner Alster Lake and 3.6 miles from Congress Center Hamburg. Nice clean appartement, well equipped, kind host, it has everything you need. The street is quiet, parking would be difficult, but the nearby garage (Forum Winterhude) is quite cheap, so that was also perfect.

My room was great, clean and with good facilities, the location of the hotel was very good because it was near the train station, but there were no shops or supermarkets around the hotel.
