Leonard handled signing in and asked me if he could help with luggage. He did! Great service. Then Pfaff ?? helped me by showing me the way the the airport in order to return a rental car. Then he drove my wife and I back to the hotel. Exceptional young man. We ate at the hotel. Excellent food and service. Everything was professional; courteous; punctual; sincere in all efforts; clean hotel and dining; quiet; beautiful setting. Can't say enough positive.

This elegant hotel is located directly at Hanover Airport. It offers elegant rooms and 2 restaurants serving German and international cuisine. I'm honestly kind of upset that it took us this long to consider this hotel! We travel through Hannover Airport every couple of years to visit family / friends, which is pretty exhausting, especially with small kids. From now on, we will always spend a night here after landing and before leaving to reduce stress. Our room was very clean and big with one king bed and one double bed. This worked great for us. The shower/bath is nice as well. Our kids enjoyed the view of the airport. We also used the room service. It was reasonably priced (for room service) and pretty good. Check-in and check-out times are generous.

Really helpful receptionist; she even booked a taxi for me. Quiet, comfortable room with free beverages in the minibar. Great breakfast.
