El Cocoon Hauptbahnhof està situat a Munic, a 1,3 km de Karlsplatz (Stachus), i disposa de bar, habitacions aptes per a al·lèrgics, jardí i WiFi gratuïta a tot arreu. The staff were very professional and friendly. They were helpful. I lost the scarf in my room, and it was expensive one, but they located it and kept it until my friend was able to come and collect it for me. They replied asap and took care of it in the way I wouldn’t always expect in the hotels. I would definitely stay there again, it’s cosy small hotel and super easy to reach the city center.

Having stayed here before, it always feels like home, from the friendly staff to the excellent service and location - this is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Munich. The Location: simply cannot be beaten, a short walk from Munich HBF, once you arrive at the hotel, you'll notice you have pretty much EVERYTHING on your doorstep: restaurants, supermarkets and even a few barbershops. The Room: this time around I had one of the absolute best rooms in the hotel on the fifth floor, peace and quiet is a must for me and this room was more than adequate - spacious with all the necessary traveler essentials. The Staff: the real highlight of my stay has to eb the wonderful staff that are always helpful and fun to chat with - I'd like to thank Dave and Maria for always taking great care of me from arrival to departure: truly amazing human beings!

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, this design hotel is directly located next to Munich Central Train Station. Excellent staff- mother was injured during the trip- the team at Aloft found a wheel chair within minutes, assisted us with all associated needs. Rooms were spacious and clean. Perfect location.
