Gästehaus Englischer Garten ligger i München, 17 minuters promenad från Englischer Garten, och har snabb in- och utcheckning, allergivänliga rum, en trädgård, gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och en... We absolutely loved the Gastehaus! The location was unbeatable--a few steps in one direction is the English Garden and in the other direction the vibrant neighborhood of Schwabing, with restaurants, shops, and nearby public transit to the rest of the city. The Gastehaus itself is a warm, comfortable, traditional inn, with cheerful, sparkling clean rooms and a wonderful garden of its own alongside a stream. The family who runs the inn is super friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with whatever you need in terms of advice, help with bags, advice, calling a taxi, etc. Note that this is a guest house -- there is no breakfast and no 24-hour service. Given the number of restaurants and bakeries nearby, this was not a problem for us and you can use the kitchen and refrigerator anyway. There is 24-hour coffee and tea. We also like supporting a family-run business like this, where the people really care about the guests and take excellent care of the property. We enthusiastically recommend the Gastehaus and are already looking forward to a return visit!

Situated in Munich, Gästehaus der Katholischen Akademie in Bayern has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Ett fantastiskt boende: ett slott (!) mitt inne i stan. Extremt vänlig personal och en fin frukostbuffé. Men det är alltså beoendemikjön (de vackra rummen, den fina trädgården etc.) och läget som gör detta till ett utmärkt alternativ.

Room service was impeccable with a good selection of dishes and very promptly prepared. Good location in Munich.

Väldigt bra Hotell, bekväma sängar, bar, roof top bar med fantastisk vy över München. Rätt nära engelska parken. Med Lufthansa express bussen tar man sig på 40 min från flygplatsen (10 min promenad från hållplatsen Nordfriedhof)
