From the friendly front desk team to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not only met but exceeded. Whether it was arranging transportation, making dining recommendations, or fulfilling any special requests, the staff at Four Seasons Cairo Nile Plaza always delivered with a smile and a genuine desire to make my stay memorable.The culinary experience at Four Seasons Cairo Nile Plaza was equally impressive. Kempinski Nile Hotel ligger i Kairos velhavende Garden City-distrikt og tilbyder luksuriøse værelser ved bredden af Nilen. Hotellet har wellnesscenter samt en swimmingpool på taget. Well, Kempinski business model is one of a kind. Well trained staff, you can feel hospitality everywhere inside the hotel and they are ready to make you feel home. We had to change the room due to the fact that in Egypt there are still available rooms for smokers and we didn't want to be accommodated in one of those rooms. They changed our room rapidly without any supplementary question. The breakfast was fabulous, rich and well presented. We would definitely choose Kempinski again when in Cairo.
