This is a kind of place where you artive as a guest and leave as a friend. Hassan's commitment to his guests is truly inspiring. He is always available for any questions and advice, and yet is always diplomatic and soft-spoken. Hassan also has a great sense of humour and talking with him is always a delight, in addition - his English language skills are fantastic. The hotel is located near the ferry dock and sees quite a bit of traffic - you are going to experience a real part of Luxor. It is a great place to stay for independent travellers who are looking for an authentic experience without tourist crowds. The rooms are basic, but super clean and very spacious, the linen and towels are all clean and fresh; the beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable as well. You also have a very kind employee Mohammed to look after you - he is always helpful, attentive, and does a great job keeping everything clean and safe. The price for this place is also excellent. The hotel has a large rooftop terrace for sweeping views over the Nile. This is also where a lunch bufet is available frim 11a.m. to 3 p.m. We tried the food there, and were also very happy with the selection, price, and attitude. Yes, we were VERY happy with this hotel team, and could HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to those travellers who appreciate a genuine local hospitality!

Property and location: The property has open verandah with plants and trees in front of the hotel where you can eat and relax. The building is in good condition with a nice terrace. The hotel is located just next to the temple of Habu, which can be reached in 5 min by foot. Also, other places like Valley of Kings, Valley of Queens, etc, are close by. However the hotel is located 40-45 min drive from airport. The host arranged pick up for us from the airport so it was comfortable. It is calm at night, no traffic noise, the kind we experienced in Cairo. The host: Jabalwy is a very warm, welcoming, kind, and humble person. He made our stay very comfortable. He organized private cars for us for 2 days to travel in Luxor and also for 2 days to travel to Aswan and Abu Simbel. He cooks delicious food. He is always there if you want something. He also organized an air balloon trip for us, which is worth experiencing. The room and the guests: we are 2 indian friends from Germany. We initially booked hotel for 2 nights but we wish we would have stayed longer here. Our room had 1 room with 2 single bad and attached bathroom. Considering the price range, we were quite contented. The owner Sayed is like a father and a friend. Very warm and accommodating. The food at their restaurant is the best we've had in Luxor. Their breakfast was grand as well. We love having all of our meals there. The kids love the big pool they have in winter. Sayed also helped us with our tour itinerary and suggested we go to Habu Temple and it was the most beautiful temple. He also arranged a sunset feluca ride for us. At night, his employee accompanied us to the grocery store and they opened the store for us. The souvenir shop also opened esp for us. Wow that's a VIP treatment indeed!!

The restaurant served for us very fresh and delicious food.. we also enjoy our time in the nice and clean swimming pool.. the Hotel arranged our tour to Dandara temple and Abydos Temple. Also the Sailing boat to see the sunset and the magical trip of the hot-air balloon.. The management and the team work was so kind and helpful .. Ayman &Mohammed were amazing in everything I recommend this nice Hotel..
