Nicely furnished big room, big bathroom. Conditioner was working very well. There is an elevator. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice bar downstairs. The Occidental Granada is located in one of the best areas of the city, very close to Calle Recogidas that connects the hotel with the center and a 15-minute walk from Granada Cathedral. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in my travel life. Spacious room, immaculately clean with a well equipped bathroom. Wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows were the best we ever had in our travels. The building is cleverly designed with lifts close to the reception. The staff is helpful and polite and ready to help. The food in the restaurant is tasty to the high level.
