The apartment was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great - out of the busiest area but walkable to everything. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Seville for our Christmas vacation! We woke up every morning blocks from the epicenter of all the local celebrations, shops, bakeries, shopping, monuments, etc! The apartment was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at, impecable clean. The hosts spared no detail, from having plenty of linens and towels, including laundry soap, and a fully stocked kitchen to having bedside lights and temperature controls in every room. The location was super safe, great security, with little noise at night and blackout shades on windows. We slept so well! Ignacio, the owner, provided us with an awesome list of suggest for places to eat and even dropped by to bring us chocolates as a Christmas gift. So kind!! We will definitely come back!!

Ubytovanie Precioso Ático de diseño, gran Terraza y Garaje en pleno centro sa nachádza v centre mesta Sevilla len 17 min. Our host met us at the parking garage, which was a one minute walk from the apartment, as we had a hire car. The car park garage was completely secure. She even offered to help carry our luggage back to the apartment. She then walked us to the apartment, explained how it all worked and where to eat, explore etc. We did follow up on one of your restaurants, think it was Duo Tapas??? Seville and the apartment was 💯

Super convenient and great location. Great owner very accommodating and good communication. Stairs are tight but very nice room on the second floor.

The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed.
