Their staff is incredibly friendly and always greets you with a smile. Their lobby has a refreshing fragrance that I really liked. When I asked them what scent it was, instead of telling me they don’t know, they took the time to try and find the answer for me. Even though they couldn’t figure it out in the end, I appreciate their genuine effort in trying.

L'Only YOU Hotel Sevilla bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, en face de la gare de Santa Justa, à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de la ville. The rooms were a great size, modern clean hotel and the breakfast was exceptional. Loved having the pool to cool down in from those hot Seville days. The terrace and bar area were great and my husband was happy they showed the football one evening!

In general, I really liked the hotel, chic. Reception service is excellent. The hotel lobby is spacious and beautifully designed. The breakfast restaurant is very large with seating both inside and outside. Breakfasts are excellent, delicious, Sunday, delicious natural juices! The hotel has a swimming pool and they rent towels, but we did not have time to swim in the pool, there was little time for Seville.

Situé près du quartier de Santa Cruz, à Séville, l'Hotel Alcazar offre une vue sur les jardins de Murillo. Staff were super friendly and kind. The room is big and spacious and has everything you need as a traveler. Location is great, easy to find if you are coming by bus from the airport or train station. Definitely would come back. 🙂

The location was a walking distance to centre of Seville, and most importantly the tram and metro station, which really eased my transportation out of the centre and to the conference place. The staff were so helpful and cooperative in all aspects, always greeting and smiling. Breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with the variety of food, organization and delicious options - having breakfast in the outdoor area is a beautiful experience by itself :) Could not ask for more :)
