First time in Valencia and could not have stayed at a better hotel. From the first step inside the hotel to the last step out nothing ever too much trouble for any staff member. Great location, great facilities and excellent staff. No complaints or negatives about my stay it was all very positive. Very professional, helpful staff who presented themselves amazingly well, who were always willing to help and provided advice and directions for all major sight seeing locations. If I visited Valencia again this hotel will always be my first choice.

It looks like rooms have been renovated with high-quality materials (wood, marble in the bathroom). The staff has been amicable. It was my wife's birthday, and she received a complimentary bottle of excellent Cava (Spanish Champagne) to celebrate. Very Nice. The hotel is conveniently located, touching Ruzafa, a very nice place with bars, restaurants and small shops.

The apartment was perfect. Three bedrooms, three full baths, spacious. The location had the best food and cafes. It was away from all the tourist food traps.
