The property was close to the tram #2 for getting to the city center. There were good walks along the l’Erdre through forested areas. There was a great grocery store several block away. Didier was helpful and kind. The area was quiet except for the road construction ( which also caused the water to be off unexpectedly x 4 AM hours)- this likely will not happen again!!!
