We appreciated finding grounded coffee and filters. The location is also perfect. Calm area, in the heart of the city centre in 10 minutes by foot.

Quite close to city center, bus stop very close.

The property was close to the tram #2 for getting to the city center. There were good walks along the l’Erdre through forested areas. There was a great grocery store several block away. Didier was helpful and kind. The area was quiet except for the road construction ( which also caused the water to be off unexpectedly x 4 AM hours)- this likely will not happen again!!!
