The location of the apartman is very fine. Easy access from the airport and also easy to reach the city center from there. The apartman was very clean and well equipped. The beds are confortable. The location was great and the host was super responsive and friendly. Also, the apartment was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay at this place again if I ever come back to Nice! There was a tram station just outside the apartment and I also loved the balcony. And by the way: the sofa bed was super comfortable!

Big and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. The location is also quite nice, and the parking is a huge plus.

This apartment has absolutely everything you need, from kitchen to bathroom. Location is very central, and only few mins away from the central station where you can take a train and visit nearby places. Most of the beaches not far away either. Every corner of the place was super clean! Also, no street/traffic noise, therefore, nothing to be disturbed by. Check-in and communication with the host went smoothly. All in all 10/10, and big recommendation!
