Spacious rooms, good design, everything great! Not sure why (some comments here or on tripadvisor I think) I feared the real room will look a bot dated compared to the advertised pictures which were maybe from when they launched. Not the case, everything is as in the picture, very from our time design in such a great location in older part of Nice. I recommend

Sie wohnen hier nur 200 m von der Promenade des Anglais und dem Strand.... Stayed in Nice only one night, should’ve stayed at least 3 days, weather was lovely, city is great. Location of the hotel is great, staff is friendly, let us leave our suitcase in the lobby last day coz we had afternoon bus.

Das Beau Rivage empfängt Sie in der lebhaften Altstadt von Nizza. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich nur 50 m von der Promenade des Anglais und dem Strand entfernt. Da mein Mann am 2.9.2022 , dem Anreisetag, verstarb, konnte ich die Reise nicht antreten.. Im Hotel hat man mir netterweise angeboten, dass ich die Reise zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt antreten kann. Das von mir bezahlte Guthaben wird als Deposit für mich aufbewahrt...das ist sehr Kunden freundlich. Ich werde nächstes Jahr nach Nizza in das Hotel Beau Rivage kommen.

Location was superb. The tin was large and with a great view out to the main square. Being in the edge of the old town have us access to the beach, shops and atmosphere. We really appreciated that the taxi could take us right to the door and we didn't have to drag Pur bags down the old streets precinct.

Great hotel and fabulous location in the old town, super close to the train station. Surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants so plenty of options on the doorstep. Staff were super friendly & breakfast was a great addition to start the day. The room had a large window & a juliet balcony so lots of light and windows that opened fully too, so lots of fresh air. The wifi was super quick and the small fridge was super useful too. Great little find, will definitely recommend to everyone!

Room was well presented, spacious and comfortable. Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Great common balcony overlooking the water. Would highly recommend and stay again.
