The Mercure Paris Bercy Bibliothèque is situated in Paris, 350 metres from Bibliothèque Nationale de France and 300 metres from AccorHotels Arena. It offers views over the River Seine. Just the right expectation from a hotel at Bercy. The rooms were comfortable and well made.
