Offering a shared garden and city view, at 300 metres from Portobello Beach and 3 km from Arthurs Seat. It is a nice appartment, clean, decorated with care. It is really confortable, and all equipments works well. There is everything that you need for a short stay. WIFI is ok. We have found leaflets for visiting places and activities.

What a beautiful home, thank you so much for sharing the space with us! We traveled 4000 miles to be with family for a holiday, and found ourselves very comfortable, with plenty of room, enjoying amazing views, and in a great location! The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Beach house, it's in a great spot, right on the beachfront in Portobello which was such a treat. Two good sized double rooms with comfy beds, a bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a kitchen/living room space for hanging out in. Plus a lovely helpful host too! Thanks for having us ❤️

We loved how homy it was and that it was right in front of the beach. The apartment was so inviting and was perfect for my 3 year old toddler. It even came with beach toys and a swing!!! This was a lovely home away from home - warm and quiet, with character, a great shower, modern kitchen, and a super comfy bed (the couch is great too!). So close to the beach and attractions there, with bus transport just a few mins' walk away (also close enough to the city to Taxi or Uber if preferred). Overall, the perfect retreat after a day's exploration around Edinburgh - somewhere to get warm and dry and recharge for the next day🙌
