Staff were very friendly and always sure to smile and say hello as we came through reception. Even got some nice recommendations from Christie(?) of where to eat. Location was excellent and perfect distance to walk to princes street and castle, etc.

A 20-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, this boutique bed and breakfast has a historically listed façade and a charming old staircase. Wi-fi is free throughout the building. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and we were like 11 mins away from the city centre. The price and value was in perfect balance. Although we stayed only one night, I think we will come back.
