The guys are busy running all the elements of the hotel, but they will still go out of their way to make your day special.

Set in London, The Balham Loft - NEW Gorgeously appointed with FREE parking and tube close by is a recently renovated accommodation, 3.4 km from Colliers Wood and 3.9 km from Clapham Junction. The condition of the Balham Loft was exceptional! It was beautifully clean and well organized and much bigger than expected, it completely surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, central to shops, restaurants, train station and tube for travel anywhere. However, still managing to be quiet and peaceful, for London. The host was extremely helpful in every way possible, always contactable and answering any queries very promptly. Overall staying at the Balham loft is a wonderful experience from start to finish in every way and we would strongly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Featuring accommodation with a balcony, Spacious two Bedroom Apartment in Balham is situated in London. Great location. Easy access to bars, the tube, and restaurants. The Neighborhood had a lively nightlife but the apartment was a few blocks removed and pretty quiet. The overground train ran right by the apartment but it was not loud--even with the window open at night. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and far better than a hotel. Modern kitchen. Safe family friendly building.

This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply. Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc. We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment. Strongly recommended.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist was very considerate in offering me early check -in when I arrived early at the hotel. He offered me a choice of rooms and made sure that the heating was on before I entered my room. The service was excellent. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Balham tube station. Lots of eateries around the tube station. The hotel is also not far from park and green spaces . The room also has desk and chair so one can do some work comfortably. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
