The guys are busy running all the elements of the hotel, but they will still go out of their way to make your day special.

The condition of the Balham Loft was exceptional! It was beautifully clean and well organized and much bigger than expected, it completely surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, central to shops, restaurants, train station and tube for travel anywhere. However, still managing to be quiet and peaceful, for London. The host was extremely helpful in every way possible, always contactable and answering any queries very promptly. Overall staying at the Balham loft is a wonderful experience from start to finish in every way and we would strongly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you

It's a short walk to the underground where there are food and coffee shops. The accommodation is very clean and spacious. There are new towels, shampoo, and soap provided in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are separate units. The kitchen is the best we've ever encountered. Will stay again if we travel to London.

Great location. Easy access to bars, the tube, and restaurants. The Neighborhood had a lively nightlife but the apartment was a few blocks removed and pretty quiet. The overground train ran right by the apartment but it was not loud--even with the window open at night. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and far better than a hotel. Modern kitchen. Safe family friendly building.

It was just a few blocks away from my daughters home so the location could not have been better. the accommodations were wonderful and provided me with everything I needed for my stay. very comfortable and I will absolutely stay here again when I visit.

Set 3.5 km from O2 Academy Brixton in London, this apartment features a terrace with garden views. The apartment is 3.5 km from Battersea. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Everything is just awesome perfect. This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply. Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc. We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment. Strongly recommended.
