Very clean, unique, we were on the 2nd floor and the music was not an issue at all for us. great location and amazing staff. They held our luggage for us as we arrived quite early and also held it as we had some time time after checkout before our flight. I didn’t catch her name but the lady with the tattoos was exceptional. Coffee and Tea available in the room, clean and comfy. will stay again!

Set in London, The Balham Loft - NEW Gorgeously appointed with FREE parking and tube close by is a recently renovated accommodation, 3.4 km from Colliers Wood and 3.9 km from Clapham Junction. The condition of the Balham Loft was exceptional! It was beautifully clean and well organized and much bigger than expected, it completely surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, central to shops, restaurants, train station and tube for travel anywhere. However, still managing to be quiet and peaceful, for London. The host was extremely helpful in every way possible, always contactable and answering any queries very promptly. Overall staying at the Balham loft is a wonderful experience from start to finish in every way and we would strongly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you

It's a short walk to the underground where there are food and coffee shops. The accommodation is very clean and spacious. There are new towels, shampoo, and soap provided in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are separate units. The kitchen is the best we've ever encountered. Will stay again if we travel to London.

There is loads of space and everything was absolutely spotless. The area felt very safe and as a solo traveller this was very important to me. There is also two balconies which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. It is close to local transport links making it super easy to use as a base for exploring London. Highly recommend!

It was just a few blocks away from my daughters home so the location could not have been better. the accommodations were wonderful and provided me with everything I needed for my stay. very comfortable and I will absolutely stay here again when I visit.

Makikita sa layong 3.5 km mula sa O2 Academy Brixton sa London, nagtatampok ang apartment na ito ng terrace na may mga tanawin ng garden. 3.5 km ang layo ng apartment mula sa Battersea. Everything is just awesome perfect. This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply. Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc. We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment. Strongly recommended.

Itinayo noong Edwardian time, ang guest house na ito ay nag-aalok ng libreng Wi-Fi sa buong gusali, at ng 24-hour front desk upang pumunta at umalis kung kailan naisin. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist was very considerate in offering me early check -in when I arrived early at the hotel. He offered me a choice of rooms and made sure that the heating was on before I entered my room. The service was excellent. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Balham tube station. Lots of eateries around the tube station. The hotel is also not far from park and green spaces . The room also has desk and chair so one can do some work comfortably. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
