The staff were exceptional. Ida at the Front Desk in particular went above and beyond to ensure that we had a room that was accommodating for my friend who has some mobility issues. Edwin in the bar was jovial and helpful. At each turn, the staff was there to help and make us feel welcome. The location was great, as were the little shops and restaurants around the corner (which the staff recommended).

We stayed at this hotel anytime we visit London! We love it! The hotel is stunning, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are great and the location is everything. The Warren street tube station is literally around the corner and is the easiest line to everywhere we want to go! The rooms have lovely shampoo, conditioners shower gels available in big bottle no skimping! The room has hairdryer, fridge, safe! It’s just amazing! The smell when you walk into the hotel is amazing and just sums up the classy atmosphere this hotel has! They have a small gym downstairs also! We love this hotel and will be back again for the 3rd time in May can’t we can’t wait!

My fiancee and I had such a lovely stay for my birthday weekend. We were greeted by absolutey lovely reception staff upon arrival who checked us in quickly and informed us that we had been given a free room upgrade (which was a great surprise). When I told her it was my birthday she offered us a free glass of bubbles which we sadly couldn't accept as we were off out to dinner straight away, but when we came back the hotel, the staff had all signed a happy birthday card and left a small bottle of bubbles and some ferrero rochers. The room itself was absolutely SPOTLESS. I don't think there was a speck of dust anywhere and we were genuinely wondering if it had been newly refurbished. We thought the location was fantastic We were seeing the new Harry Potter show and doing some shopping, and the hotel was in the perfect location to walk to shops and the theatre, and also had a huge range of cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance too. It was also a short 5-10 minute walk to the nearest tube stations for when we wanted to explore further afield. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's a little pricey but the money was well worth it for being treated like royalty throughout our stay.

Situé au cœur de Londres, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de Regent's Park et de 2 stations de métro, le Holiday Inn London - Regent's Park est un établissement 4 étoiles moderne. The reception staff were helpful with us during check-in and check-out. Cleaning employees work professionally, as do restaurant workers. Everyone is great.
