Bed super comfortable and great shower. Staff were great!

W12 Rooms is situated next to Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield Shopping Centre, which features a wide variety of designer shops, restaurants and cafés. Excellent staff they are the friendliest I have come across in London. Super impressed with everyone working there and I will be happy to come back.

Good Location just opposite side of Westfield department store. Can access subway in short distance. Many restaurant and supermarket around there. The best thing is Friendly and Helpful reception staff. My family happy.
