I loved everything single thing about my stay. Brancaster and Marco are the best host, helpful and fun to be around. The breakfast was delicious and home made dinner too. The bed was super comfortable. I have to thank all the members of the staff in particular a friendly lady that make my delicious Guatemalan coffee at 5.00 Am just for me ❤️ Loved my experience and highly recommended 🇬🇹

Obiekt Very Special Place Apto położony jest w dzielnicy Zona 7 w miejscowości Gwatemala. Needed an extra night in Guatemala City. The host is quick to respond and has been super helpful! I was so impressed with my first stay I quickly booked with Robert again when I found out I was staying an additional night in the city. Great place! Highly recommend!

Incredibly large space with a private parking garage in a quiet neighborhood near Korean town. Two large clean rooms in the second floor with three comfortable beds. Four of us fit fine. Good Korean restaurants in walking distance. The owner is very kind thoughtful people. This was the second time we stayed here and we love it here. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Apartment was so spacious, had washer, dryer, TV, Games, Netflix etc., Can easily accommodate 6 people. Had a beautiful kitchen with all utensils. The best part was the Price! Host answered all my questions swiftly.
