We had troubles with our booked apartment somewhere else which was that disgusting we were unable to stay. So, at 2:30am on 24th Dec we called up Hotel Mediterran about room availability. Receptionist was extremely helpful (Sandor?) even though the super early morning call. Long story short we booked our stay at Hotel Mediterran due to the honest and friendly staff, the affordability and the quality of the room, facilities and the whole place. We can highly recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Budapest. Good location, very low noise (barely heard the huge main road close by), close to public transports, central location with car, non-stop reception, walking distance to decent shopping centre, etc...

The Hotel Luna Budapest is situated in green areas of South Buda, and offers good transport links. Very nice, quiet location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The hotel is close to the tram staton.

The Classic Hotel is situated at the foot of the Buda Hills in a calm and elegant neighbourhood, with easy access to the motorways (M1/M7) and the city centre of Budapest. Viesnīca liela bet nolaista. Tolete tek duša pil skudras staigā. Ieejot nummuriņa pat no skapa nebija iztīrītas tukšas alkohola pudeles.

Hotel Bara Gellért is centrally and quietly located close to the Deli railway station with bus stops right before the door. It is very easily accessible from the M1 and M7 highways. Excellent. Great location, excellent bus connection to the center. Breakfast, parking, everything great. I recommend.

Located in the green part of Buda at the foot of the Gellért hill next to the Citadella and Buda Castle, this hotel offers easy access to the centre, with the bus stop just 50 metres away. It is not possible to find a better offer at this price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and surprisingly large, and the breakfast was sufficiently plentiful. The car was safe in the parking garage. The location is great, only a 15-minute walk to downtown, or a 3-minute ride by city bus with a bus station located 100 meters from the hotel.
