From the pick up service, to the location, the hotel restaurant, the amazing customer service from the reception desk, Vipinji, the hotel Team, the layout of the hotel, the designs of the hotel and the rooms. Incredible roof top view, access to the Ganga, main attractions and the famous alleyways. Incredible pickup team at the airport with Naresh, and my amazing personal guide or Bali/Rajendraji. I saw all of Varanasi by foot and with the right level of personalization and must see items. Food quality very high and clean At no point did I feel like I wasn’t being taken care of or that my Varanasi experience was being short changed. Literally the best decision I made was to stay at this location.

Located directly on the banks of the Ganges River, the secluded Palace on Steps is only accessible on foot, 10 minutes from the road. Fantastic location Great people.All the staff and the boss was excellent.The restaurant always fresh and tasty.Probably the best place to stay in Varanasi.
