Buffet breakfast was of good quality with plentiful choice of Indian and continental options. Location was central and convenient. Impressive decor throughout. Friendly and efficient staff. My recent stay at Park Suites in Kolkata was a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location, right in the heart of the city, was incredibly convenient for exploring all that Kolkata has to offer. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every member of the staff I interacted with, especially Shushanto, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. Their attentiveness, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor made me feel truly welcome and valued.

It was an amazing experience staying here. The hotel is located at a strategic location, with numerous restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The staff were helpful and well mannered. Room size is very small hotel had taken 300 for providing same deluxe room on 2nd floor. he said it is super deluxe but i could not find any difference in room size and other things.
