The Suryaa New Delhi is located in the New Friends Colony. It offers an outdoor pool and a rooftop restaurant Sampan that offers Asian cuisines with views of the city. Everything was great, particularly the hotel staff, who were very helpful and smiling. I liked the staff were enthusiastic about their job, seemed happy and promptly fulfilled our requests. Communication was super uncomplicated. The manager on duty went a step forward to find us best solution to a particular problem and took personal interest in assuring that we were well served. + complementary early checking & extra bed in room + spacious rooms + wide range of choices for breakfast + arranged transfers (we had a special situation here that was very well handled) + great location (community center nearby with shops, ATMs, eateries and easy access to public transport) Staying again next week before flying out of India
