Offering an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace, LA VILLA is located 500 metres from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, 1 km from the popular Goubert Market and 1.5 km from Pondicherry Railway Station. Great location and personnel. The hotel and room were exceptionally beautiful, comfortable and clean. A tat expensive but worth it.

Ideally set in Puducherry, Grand Hotel D'Europe offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. The property is a charming boutique hotel with old-world charm. The staff were friendly, and the room was large and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep, and a decent breakfast from a reasonable selection of food. There was a lovely pool, too. The location was great, too--in the middle of the French quarters, and close to, but not too close to the beach, which was pretty noisy during the Christmas Eve celebrations. A great experience, overall.

Conveniently situated in Puducherry, Petit Palais provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Shankar at the front desk went above and beyond! Also the restaurant staff, both morning and evening, were very accommodating. Prabha Karan had good recommendations for me.

Set in the White Town district in Pondicherry, 300 metres from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry Executive Inn Pvt Ltd boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Not only is the position good, beach, restaurants and cafes all within 200 meters, the property is kept meticulously clean. We also enjoyed starting the day with a hearty breakfast, not only from the small buffet but was able to order my favorite, eggs sunny side up. Speaking of food, we also enjoyed having dinner in the restaurant, the choices were so many we were spoilt for choice. My wife had lemon chicken and I had chicken kebab platter. Both were excellent. Fancy some ice cream for supper, not a problem, room service was great. WiFi was strong signal and a really good speed. The property also has a lift which is a bonus. We stayed 6 nights and the executive inn became a home away from home, we cannot thank ALL the staff for making our stay a memorable one. Thank you all.

Just 500 metres from Promenade Beach, The Richmond is located in Pondicherry. It offers 2 dining options and cosy rooms with a cable TV. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Nice spacious rooms, courteous staff.

Well set in Puducherry, Le Colonial Suites provides a continental breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. The location is amazing. Very close to promenade beach. 2 mins walk.

Ideally set in Puducherry, VILLA DU OCEAN features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving Indian cuisine. Excellent hotel in a great location next to the beach, would highly recommend. Shoutout to the very helpful staff (Ms Delphin was exceptional), who were kind enough to upgrade one of my rooms so we could all stay on the same floor. The breakfast was sumptuous with a spread of South Indian options.
