The People of this city are very helpful and peaceful. We did not have any issues and enjoyed our 4 day stay. The service in the hotel is exceptional from the receptionist to the concierge to the restaurant and housekeeping. This is one of the few hotels that exceeded my expectation and my expectation is usually high as a frequent traveller. The rooms are well designed using a modern twist of classical italian style. My kids loved their room as well.
