This is a hidden gem. A wonderful, extremely comfortable hotel, snuggled away in a traditional building but with all modern comforts. The room decor was stunning . Our room had a fabulous view of Vesuvius through the large balcony windows. A lovely powerful shower with endless hot water and good wifi. Plenty of space and storage as well as comfort. A charming breakfast room, and our friendly, knowledgeable host, Sergio, there with coffee and delicious fresh pastries. A peaceful oasis from the bustling streets of Naples.

Hotel del Real Orto Botanico is set in a wonderful building, located in front of the beautiful Botanical Gardens in the centre of Naples. The room and the location was amazing.

Dalila was the kindest and most heartwarming host I have ever experienced! She got us a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night for a good price. The suite was gorgeous, clean and very modern. The hot tub was a great addition to the room. The location is good, and not too busy. We had an excellent stay!

We could ask Salvatore anything at any time and he helped us.

Terletak di Naples, 2.5km dari Muzium Kebangsaan Arkeologi dan 2.7km dari Catacombs of Saint Gaudioso, Casarella Chiara menyediakan penginapan dengan kemudahan seperti WiFi percuma dan TV skrin rata. This was the most comfortable stay on my Europe trip. The owner was so lovely and welcoming and helpful. The facilities are most than sufficient for the price. The host helped us navigate and get around Naples when there was a football match on. And even after I checked out I had left a very expensive camera back in the apartment and he helped me retrieve it. I didn’t know how much to trust people in Naples but this stay was so warm all thanks to the host. Vincenzo is amazing, can’t wait to come back here on my next Europe trip!

The host was so accommodating, welcoming and helpful! We had some travel hiccups, and they worked with us to make sure we had transportation to get us to the airport very early in the morning, at no stress! It was quiet, comfortable and safe! I couldn’t believe how much we loved this host and the space! We would absolutely return!
