Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 400 metres from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Location is excellent. No more than 30 mins walk to Partenon/coliseum/ Victor emmanuel etc. A fresh and minimalist hotel with a great breakfast, comfy beds, quiet, the staff are warm and chatty, the Aperol Spritz €5. Very important! I recommend this hotel for a affordable no frills Roman break with good company.

In the centre of Rome, Hotel Aventino is located on the quiet Aventine Hill, a 10-minute walk from Circo Massimo Metro. It features elegant rooms and free WiFi throughout. I had a very nice room that wasn’t in the hotel proper. It was spacious and up to date. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Aventino hill is a lovely area.

The design hotel Abitart is situated in the heart of the Ostiense neighbourhood, close to Ostiense Railway and Metro Station, which provides quick access to all of Rome, including Fiumicino Airport. 24 hour reception with excellent front staff. Excellent mobility facilities. I e lifts, room handy for lifts.

Hotel Villa San Pio is located on Rome's green Aventine Hill. Made up of 3 separate villas, and quiet gardens. The elegant rooms feature wood floors and decorative walls. Amazing location, great neighbourhood. Big balcony in our room. Staff was helpfull and polite. Good breakfast in the pattio garden. Also, secured parking in the backyard. We'll come back for sure!

Sourire Hotel offers accommodation centrally located in Rome, just a 14-minute walk from the Coliseum. It features free WiFi throughout and air-conditioned rooms. Lovely little hotel not far from coleseum and Forum (10-15 min walk ) sights. We actually walked everyday into the city and other sites.Tour buses at end of road from it too, for further places like Vatican city.Nice breakfast room in garden with excellent continental breakfast. The hotel was spotless the staff excellent really nice helpful and friendly. Room was serviced everyday. We would recommend..
