Ive been traveling frequently for the last 10 or so years. This hotel is easily in my top 5 hotels that Ive stayed at. Great service, the rooms are spacious, the location is perfect. Ive had the best sleep in this hotel. This time, I only booked for a night because we were passing by, but the next time I come, Im going to exclusively book this hotel. The staff is really nice and very welcoming. The hotel and the rooms - BY FAR - surpassed my expectations and looked even better in person. Ive gotten used to living in smaller rooms when coming to Japan, so this was a very welcome and surprising change from the standard- loved everything!

Situated in Kyoto and a 15-minute drive from Nijo Castle, Rhino Hotel Kyoto features a restaurant. The nearest station is Saiin Station, a 2-minute walk from the property. Very comfortable and clean, the check out time was very attractive, so that you don't have to leave early in the morning

A Hotel Arashiyama egy 2 csillagos szálloda, amely ingyenes wifi-vel várja vendégeit Kiotó Ukyo Ward kerületében. A teraszos szálláshely az Arashiama bambuszerdő közelében helyezkedik el. Great view (you can see Togetsu-kyo Bridge just outside the window), clean and big room, quite place, young staff can speak english, amenities provided, great for short stay if you didn't bring any stuffs. Walk round 20mins if you take JR, but worth. In the area of Togetsu-kyo Bridge, many souvenir shops around. Can have a nice walk in early morning to avoid the crowd. Note: 1. Restaurants around that area will close early (most of them around 6:00pm). If you want to have traditional kyoto dinner nearby, you can go櫻宿膳 錦. 2. No lift, need to take staris. Staff will help for carring luaggages. Hotel will provide breakfast in japanese style, aslo have coupon for hot spring next to hotel (but I haven't got time to expreience it). It's a good choice if you want to get away the crowd or noise or expreience the beauty of the culture and nature.

Renovated in 2014, Hotel Binario Saga Arashiyama offers a restaurant, a café and a public bath. JR Sagaarashiyama Train Station and Torokko Saga Station is just a minutes’ walk away. The location was the best right next to the station we came from only walked 150 feet right to my room

A quiet and beautiful respite from the city. The garden and river views are lovely and the free champagne at the waterfront cafe after a long day of walking was greatly appreciated. The staff were welcoming and helpful every step of the way.
