The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I loved the daily breakfast croissants. The laundry/dryer was accessible and convenient. hotel was clean and next to it was 7/11. It is walking distance to temples, river, restaurants, and market/malls.

Set in the Higashiyama Ward district in Kyoto, West Japan Kyoto Kiyomizu offers 1-star rooms with free WiFi. this hotel is perfectly located in gion. just 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and a walking distance to a lot of restaurant and famous attractions like kyomizu-dera shrine. the room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped and we felt very much at home during our week long stay.

Well set in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, Rinn Gion Kenninji Villa is set 1.1 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto, 1.5 km from Shoren-in Temple and 1.7 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall. An absolute find this place! In all aspects, this hotel/villa surpassed our expectations. This is the best location to stay in Kyoto without a doubt! Walking distance to everything you could possibly want to visit, right in the Gion district but miraculously escaping the crowded roads! Less than 10 minute walk to stations that will take you anywhere. To top up the location we got an immaculately clean and very well maintained room/apartment, spacious (we were a family of 4 and our two children are young adults), bright and airy. The staff is incredibly friendly, flexible and efficient. Super organised with storing luggage on arrival and/or departure should you arrive early or leave later. Organised our bags to be transported to the next accommodation in a super efficient way. Thank you to all at Rinn Gion Kenningi Villa, we absolutely loved staying with you and will come back!!

Hotel is in the old and historical part of Kyoto, extra comfortable, with wonderful and helpful staff, and a great selection of mangas available for reading.

Well situated in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, Rinn Kitagomon is situated 1.3 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple, 1.5 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and 1.4 km from Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The location is in the middle of quaint part of Gion and within short walking distance to and from Kiyomizu Temple, Kamo River, Kabuki Theater, Gojo, Shijo, and more. We had wonderful experiences at the nearby bars, Obanzai and Rutubo. Also a great dinner at Ichikawa. Also most exquisite coffee at Fuku Coffee. We’d stay there again!
